The Horizon 2020 funding opportunities in the Future and Emerging Technologies

It was held in Italy, at the Sapienza University of Rome, Department of Physics, Aula Amaldi, on the 29th October the National Day Launch Calls "The Horizon 2020 funding opportunities in the Future and Emerging Technologies" calls.
The event was organized by the agency APRE on behalf of the Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR). Prof. Dino Musmarra, scientific coordinator of SUN unit has attended, as speaker, to the session "Coordination and Evaluation Experiences".
Retracing all the stages of formation of the partnership and launch of the project, the Innosmart project has been presented, highlighted which was the key to success of the financed project and in particular some measures respect to the the main relevant features FET Open, such as high risk, the breakthrough aspects and the potential of technological innovation

Surfex Seminar - Birmingham, UK (24-25 May 2016)

Exis Innovation participated in Surfex which held at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC), Birmingham, UK on 24th and 25th May 2016. This is an international exhibition/seminar gathering more than 2000 coating experts from all over Europe. InnoSmart was one of the project that was presented in the seminar. That gave us the opportunity to introduce the objectives, goals and the technical work of the project to the global market. Additionally, exceptional mention was highlighted regarding the project partners and their contribution into the project. Extensive interest was given by the exhibitors/visitors and fruitful discussions occurred.

InnoSMART LinkedIn group

The InnoSMART LinkedIn group is part of the Dissemination activities in the InnoSMART project. Through this LinkedIn Discussion Group, all project activities, achievements and workshops will be communicated to all the stakeholders interested in the results of the project.

InnoSMART selected for European Commission Horizon 2020's Innovation Radar

Our project was selected by the Innovation Radar initiative of European Commission's Horizon 2020 for Maturity (concerns innovations that are actively exploring value creation opportunities), Excellent Science, and Potential for meeting market needs.

Additionally, as conveyed on March 20th by the EC, University of Ioannina was, for the same project, selected by the Innovation Radar among the "Key Innovators" in European Commission's Horizon 2020 framework program.
